The newsletter of the Big Bluestem Audubon Society (Ames, Iowa), Volume 26, Number 8, April 1991. Highlights of the newsletter include details on upcoming shorebirds, waterfowl, and Warbler field trips, information on the service project of the society including a prairie burn, an in memoriam article for society member Dr. Griffith J. Buck, an update on the Resource Enhancement and Protection Program (REAP), and a report on a waterfowl field trip in which 46 species of birds were observed. |
