Highlights of the newsletter include details of the next program "Natural Areas of Ames: A Closer Look at Our Own Backyard presented by Bill Norris, the results from the 1994 Boone County and Saylorville Christmas Bird Counts, and an update on the benefits of the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) which may be lost if the Congress fails to preserve the federal agricultural program in the 1995 Farm Bill. |
