| Description |
Letter from Dorothy Franek to Peter C. Peterson, March 10, 1969, covered her first winter bird population study. She listed the birds she saw on her property, which she called the Franek Forty, during January 1-March 31, 1969. The letter included locations, weather conditions, and new plantings on the property. This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists’ Union Quarterly field report of winter 1968-1969. |
