Description Council Bluffs, Iowa spring 1975 migration report was submitted by Melba Wigg. Birds listed as rare migrants were Long-tailed Duck, Goshawk, Northern Parula and Sharp-tailed Sparrow. This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists’ Union Quarterly field report of spring 1975.
