Letter from Ross W. Silcock to Nicholas S. Halmi regarding bird sightings, June 3, 1978. The sighting of a pair of Ospreys possibly building a nest in Riverton is mentioned at the beginning of the letter. Many of the birds discussed in the letter are shorebirds. This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists Union Quarterly field report of spring, 1978. |
