Description |
Spring migration report for Marble Rock, Iowa was contributed by Pearl Knoop in a letter to Peter C. Petersen. Swainson and Gray-cheeked Thrushes and Indigo Buntings were numerous and the warbler migration was good. Sightings of a male Prothonotary Warbler, female Cerulean Warbler, Rufous-sided Towhee and Scarlet Tanager were included in the report.This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists’ Union Quarterly field report of winter, 1965. |
