Description Field notes were contributed by Frederick W. Kent. He attributes the large number of ducks and other species to the high level of water in the Coralville Reservoir creating a lake in the refuge area. This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists’ Union Quarterly field report of fall 1965.
