| Description |
Field notes were contributed by Fred Lesher, winter 1983-1984. Most observations were in Alamakee County. He particularly described his March sightings of a Bald Eagle on a nest, two Northern Harriers, four Rough-legged Hawks and one Kestrel at Pool Slough in New Albin. This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists’ Union Quarterly field report of winter 1983-1984. |
