| Description |
Field notes were contributed by Stephen J. Dinsmore, spring 1984. Other observers were Mark Dixon, Joseph P. Schaufenbuel, James J. Dinsmore, Erik Munson, and Gordon Brown. Several notable sightings include: a Whimbrel at Hendrickson Marsh, Barn Owls in Fremont County and at Red Rock Reservoir, and a Smith's Longspur west of Colo. This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists’ Union Quarterly field report of spring 1984.
