Margaret M. Anderson memorandum to district leaders regarding Bald Eagle banding and nests, May 24, 1984, was forwarded by Fred Lesher to James J. Dinsmore, August 1, 1984, with a note that he didn't know the location of the nest site called Dead Haines (later found in Allamakee County). This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists’ Union Quarterly field report of summer 1984. |
