Description |
Don Joffray letter to Frederic Leopold regarding Wood Duck houses and nest takeover and predation, April 20, 1966. The letter talks about Wood Duck houses being taken over by Eastern Screech Owls. Joffray discusses his interest in providing ample housing for both species as well as a request for more information on signs of nest predation and indications of a successful hatching of duck eggs.
