Lecture notes delivered May 13, 1944. In this paper read at the 22nd annual meeting of the Iowa Ornithologists' Union, Philip DuMont reviews the history of the Iowa Ornithologists' Union and recommends some future goals. These notes were published as: "DuMont's proposed objectives for the Iowa Ornithologists' Union" Iowa Bird Life, vol. 14, no. 3 and "A Review of ornithology in Iowa" Iowa Bird Life, vol. 14, no. 4. |
