| Description | Letter from Hugo Schroder to Philip DuMont dated January 2, 1935. In this letter Schroder says that he has seen DuMont's book "Revised List of the Birds of Iowa" and his article in the Oologist listing the breeding birds of Iowa and wishes to help by supplying a list of birds that he has seen nesting in areas around the Mississippi River.
