Other observers include Ronald Cross. | Elimination of similar species: Bald Eagles are approximately same size but the adults have white heads. Tails & the immatures do not have the distinctive 2 toned pattern on their flight feathers under the wings. | The original documentation form event lasted from 15:00:00/15:15:00.

Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: Good light, blue sky. Approx. 1/2 to 3/4 mile distant as they circled moving north up the bluff & refuge land. Bushnell Binocs used.
