Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: Seen about 2:10 pm. I believe we were looking east + NE, but am not really familiar with the area. Overcast. Bird maybe 150 yds away. 20x scope + 8x binoculars. Good viewing conditions. Probably no field guide.
