Other observers include Dennis Henrickson. | Elimination of similar species: The eyebrow strip and grayish white under sided eliminates other accipiters. Behavior - lack of white rump patch - heavy body eliminate male Harrier. Short none pointed wing and lack of facial mark eliminate Peregrine Falcon + gray phase Gyrfalcon properly did not claim a positive ID. | The original documentation form event lasted from 09:30:00/09:31:00.

Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: Excellent light until the bird crossed the into the sun. Came within 50 yds at closest approach. 7x35 Binoculars.
