Occurrence Remarks The documentation form by Francis L. Moore is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. Other observers include Bob Myers, Joe Schaufenbuel, John Robinson, Peter Petersen, Hank Zaletel, and many other observers. | Elimination of similar species: Immature Bald Eagle has a more massive looking bill and are more mottled with white or light colored areas on the upper and lower surfaces of the wings. These birds did not have this characteristic.

Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: Viewing conditions were bright overcast to sunny. Birds viewed from approx. 150 to 200 yards at closest with 7x35mm B+L Roof Prism binoculars and 20x60 Bushnell Spacemaster telescope mounted on a gun-stock type mount.
