The documentation form by Robert I. Cecil is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. | Elimination of similar species: Imm. Bald Eagles splotchy white underneath--have seen this many times. Tail pattern similar to Rough-leg, but size, overall profile wrong, as was body coloration (although I've not seen dark phase Rough-leg.) Proportionately small head wrong for all Buteos. | The original documentation form event lasted from 11:15:00/11:20:00 |
