Has obvious dark markings on lite face. female has rusty wings - male bluish wings. | The original documentation form event lasted from 17:10:00/17:25:00. |

Viewing Conditions: Distance: closest abt 35 feet; farthest abt 150 yards. Optical equipment: part of time: 7x35 binoculars. Light: Sun to my west; bird usually to my east or overhead; once to northwest; thin cloud. diagram on back; not really necessary. |
