The documentation form by Steve Dinsmore is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. | Elimination of similar species: Am. Kestrel was eliminated by the lack of evident rufous color on tail or back. Both Am. Kestrel and Merlin were eliminated by size. The bird appeared to be the size of a crow, which is too large for either of these. | The original documentation form event occurred at 07:00:00. |
