They also have rusty backs, and do not have complete tail bands. Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: Distance: 30 meters (closest) to 100 meters (farthest). Estimated. Optical equipment: 7x35 binocs. Light: No cloud cover, so sun was bright. First saw the bird with sun at my back, flew over me and into the sun.
