Four unidentified people standing at the base of an observation tower, located near the North Bridge, April 9, 1932. The tower was being used to observe a Great Horned Owl nest that was built in an old Crow's nest in an aspen tree 27 feet high. Photograph originally titled "Tower and Horned Owl Nest."
