Description A female Indigo Bunting brooding her nest that contains one of her young, an additional Indigo Bunting egg, and a Cowbird egg, July 19, 1927. The nest was located in a second growth hard maple less than two feet from the ground, in timber east of Pilot Mound. Slide originally titled "Indigo Bunting on Nest." The lantern slide is hand-colored. Rosene provides details on photograph.
