The documentation form by Matthew Kenne is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. | Elimination of similar species: The reddish underside of one bird was reminiscent of Dowitchers, but the back pattern in flight and bill differences are way off. Sanderling's feeding habits are different from the simple pecking these birds did and the gray one didn't have the 'black shoulder' or big wingstripe.
