Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: bright hazy sunshine, 20 x 80 binoculars and 7 x 35 binoculars perhaps a couple hundred yards away when first seen. For several minutes it was from 15 to 100 feet away. It got so close that I couldn't focus the 7 x 35 binoculars.
