Other observers include Roger Milkman, Marianne Milkman, Paul Milkman, and Carol Newlon. | Elimination of similar species: Brown Thrushes eliminated by large size, bold streaking rather than spotting on breast. Finches (siskin, Female r-b. grosbeak) elim. by bill shape, size, rufous color.
