Notes for the Iowa Birdline update for August 18, 1988. Highlights of the update include sightings of an Ibis species, House Finches, a Little Blue Heron, Snowy Egrets, American Avocets, Marbled Godwits, and a Yellow-crowned Night Heron. Also of note was the sizable number of migrant observations, especially Warblers. |
