| Description |
Notes for the Iowa Birdline update for October 22, 1990. Highlights of the notes include the continued presence of a California Gull, a Mute Swan, and a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher. Also of note were the large numbers of migrant bluebirds and waterfowl spreading across the state. Other interesting observations were of a Carolina Wren, a flock of Red Crossbills, and 6 Sparrow species, including a Harris' Sparrow. |
