Occurrence Remarks The documentation form by Douglas C. Harr is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. | Elimination of similar species: Purple Finch--has no streaked breast; color more pinkish-red and extends over entire head and neck. I have previously observed House Finches in the Seattle, WA., area. | The original documentation form event lasted from 17:14:00/17:20:00 and occasionally throughout rest of evening.

Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: Viewed in shade and full sun from several different locations, at ranges of 20-50 feet. Used Tasco 7x50 binoculars.
