Robert I. Cecil letter to Thomas H. Kent was regarding bird sightings, Keokuk, Iowa, spring 1984. Species seen near Keokuk and marked with a red check mark were a Bald Eagle, Yellow-rumped Warbler, Northern Oriole, Nighthawks, Olive-sided Flycatcher, Ring-billed Gull and Evening Grosbeaks. Also check-marked were Chimney Swifts seen at Ottumwa and a Broad-Winged Hawk near Montrose. This item was used as supporting documentation for the Iowa Ornithologists' Union Quarterly field report of spring 1984.
