Highlights of the newsletter include an article on the restoration of Hallett's Quarry (Ada Hayden Heritage Park) and what society members can do to help, a final farewell letter from Paul Zeph who is the state office director of Iowa Audubon, and a new column "The View From the Wolf's Den" by Wolf Oesterrich in which he describes bird sighted from his backyard overlooking Hallet's Quarry.
