Event Remarks |
Viewing Conditions: The bird was viewed for almost three hours looking toward the southwest, early to late morning. It was sunny with the sun low in the east early and to the south late morning. Most of the time the bird was on the island which was about 40 yards away. It was viewed flying at distances ranging from 20-250 yards. Optics used were Swift Audubon binoculars (8.5 X 44) and KOWA TSN4 telescope (20-60X) set on 20X most of time. |
