Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: The day was mild and overcast. Most of the viewing was with a KOWA TSN-4 telescope (20-60 X Zoom) at distances of approximately 50-100 feet. Swift Audubon 8.5 X 44 binoculars were also used, especially when the bird flew. Viewing directions varied from south to northeast.
