Other observers include Roy Downing. | Elimination of similar species: None except whites-cormorants mentioned as possible by Darrell Howell and Dinsmore; however, I am very familiar with this species also and know it was not cormorants. | The original documentation form event occurred at 10:30:00. |

Overcast but bright morning. Bird flight paralleled direction of vehicle travel for 1/4 mile approximately 20' above and to the side of the vehicle. Very close. |
