Other observers include Russell Hays. | Elimination of similar species: White-tailed Kite does not have as dark a back as this bird ha and is also too light below. This bird definately [sic] did not have a deeply forked tail as a Swallow-tailed Kite would have had. | The original event lasted from 11:15:00 to 11:30:00. |
