The documentation form by Hank Zaletel is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. | Elimination of similar species: Red-necked Grebe nearly one third bigger than nearby horned grebe. Horned and eared grebes do not have white cheek patch in summer plumage. Winter plumage horned and eared grebes do not have red necks. Red throated loon does not have white cheek patch and back of neck is not red. | The original documentation form event lasted from 11:45:00/12:00:00. |
