The documentation form by Hank Zaletel is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. Other observers include Paul Martsching. | Elimination of similar species: Northern Harrier - no white rump patch + this bird had white eye brow line. Coopers Hawk - vertical streaks more widely spaced than coopers horizontal streaks - underside appeared white in flight. This bird had white eye brow line and was much larger in size. | The original documentation form event occurred around 14:30:00. |
