The documentation form by Mark Proescholdt is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. | Elimination of similar species: was not male Marsh Hawk. Marsh Hawk or Northern Harrier has white rump and wings which are longer and narrower appearing than Goshawk. Coloration was not that of a Marsh Hawk. | The original documentation form event lasted from 11:45:00/11:47:00. |

Viewing Conditions: Distance: approximated - Hawk was 40 ft. away from my van and in the top of a tree which was 25 ft. tall. Optical equipment: 7x35 binoculars. Light: cloudy, hazy, overcast day. 30 degrees with moderate to strong south wind. |
