Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: Distance: est. 200-600 ft (when perched). Optical equipment: 7x35 binoculars; 60x scope on tripod. Light: heavy overcast, light intermittent drizzle; no sun - position NW of flying bird, almost due S to perched bird.
