Occurrence Remarks |
The documentation form by Thomas H. Kent is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. Other observers include Francis Moore and Bob Cecil. | Elimination of similar species: Too large and light for Merlin or Kestrel. Light axillaries exclude Prairie Falcon. Two toned effect exclude Gyrfalcon. There was only a mild breeze, so we were not looking at a buteo or accipiter distorted by the wind. | The original documentation form event lasted from approximately 12:30:00/12:32:00. |
