Other observers include Tom Kent, Carl Bendorf, Tom Staudt, and Rick Hollis. | Elimination of similar species: Common Tern was eliminated by flight pattern (more rapid + deeper wing beats) + apparent head pattern (Common Terns have more extensive black on the head). | The original documentation form event lasted from around 09:00:00/09:03:00. |

Viewing Conditions: overcast with light rain - lighting conditions were not a factor in this sighting. Distance - 100-300 yards, estimated 7x42 binoculars. |
