I was not able to identify the bird to species because of the poor light. | The original documentation form event lasted from 16:56:00/17:21:00. |

Viewing Conditions: Viewing conditions were rather poor because of the poor light. Estimated viewing distance was no less than 300 yards. I used a Buschnell 20-45x spotting scope. |
