Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: Skies were cloudy with a steady breeze. [...] It allowed us to approach and view it for about 25 minutes at distances from 50 to 20 feet. [...] Equipment: Bausch & Lomb Elite 8x42 binoculars; photographed by Reid I. Allen with a Canon A2E camera with a 400 mm lens.
