| Description |
Summary of the Iowa Birdline update for June 15-September 15, 1997. Highlights of the update include the first Iowa sighting of Eurasian Collared Doves and the second sighting of a Roseate Spoonbill. Other interesting observations include the variety of gulls that took up residence in Iowa for the summer, a July sighting of a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher, and September sightings of Marbled Godwits and a Black-throated Blue Warbler. |
