Description Summary of the Iowa Birdline update for November 15, 1992-March 15, 1993. Highlights of the update were November sightings of a Red-necked Grebe and a potential first state record observation of a Western Flycatcher. A pair of Townsend's Solitaries and two neck-banded Trumpeter Swans were present for most of the winter. Also of note was a January sighting of a female Mountain Bluebird.
