Occurrence Remarks The documentation form by Paul Martsching is the only one submitted and forms the basis of this record. Other observers include Joe Schaufenbuel. | Elimination of similar species: LeConte's Sparrow has light stripe thru [sic] crown & doesn't have white stripes on a very dark back. | The original documentation form event occurred between 13:00:00 and 14:00:00.

Event Remarks Distance: bird 1: 15-50 feet (flew) bird 2: 25 ft; bird 3: 15-60 ft (flew);bird 4 20 ft. Optical equipment: 7 x 35 binoculars 1-3 20X80 binoculars, 2 & 4 Light: generally birds 1,2,3 bird to my north, sun south; bird 4 bird east of me, sun south.
