| Description |
Notes for the Iowa Birdline update for April 16, 1990. Highlights of the update include sightings of a Baird's Sandpiper, a Le Conte's Sparrow, a Long-tailed Duck, a Red-shouldered Hawk, and Cattle Egrets. Also of note was the beginning of passerine and shorebird migration, with several new migrants being reported, including a Brown Thrasher, a Purple Martin, and Savannah Sparrows. |
