Description The newsletter of the Big Bluestem Audubon Society (Ames, Iowa), Volume 34, Number 2, November/December 1998. Highlights of the newsletter include a letter to the society from Paul T. Zeph who is the new Executive Director of the Iowa Audubon, an article "Out and About in Boone County: Harrier Marsh" by Joyce Bahrenfus and Jon Bahrenfus, an update on the final environmental impact statement on a bypass near the Eddyville Dunes and Wetlands, highlights of the first thirty years of the Big Bluestem Audubon Society (formerly Ames Audubon Society) Part 2, and bird observations at Doolittle Prairie during the month of October contributed by Kevin Healy and Rosanne Healy.
