Iowa Ornithologists' Union, Quarterly field report, winter 1974-1975, was a corrected galley with numerous annotations, edited and sent by Peter C. Petersen to Vernon M. Kleen for American birds. Major news was the first Iceland Gull seen in Iowa, at Pleasant Valley, Iowa. Grouped with this document was an undated Melba Wigg letter to Vernon M. Kleen regarding winter bird sightings around Council Bluffs, Iowa, and the associated field notes. Observations from March were included. The Council Bluffs sightings were not part of the Iowa Ornithologists' Union, Quarterly field report, winter 1974-1975. |
