Other observers include Lillian Serbousek, Nicholas Halmi, and Michael Newlon. | Elimination of similar species: Immature Bonaparte's gull lacks transverse mark across nape and has lighter wing coverts. The immature little gull is shown by Robbins et al. to have a dark hood and scaly back. | The original documentation form event lasted from 12:45:00/12:55:00.

Event Remarks Viewing Conditions: Distance: from about one mile to as close as about one hundred feet. Optical equipment: 8x35 binocs. used. scope available but not useful. Light: Bright sunshine. Sun-observor [sic]-bird angle about 135 degrees at closest vantage point.
